Free shippingAll orders ship free, pan-India. Shipping is included in the price of every object.
Delivery time5–7 working days across India. Metro cities are typically at the lower end of that range.
CoverageWe ship pan-India. If your pincode is not serviceable at checkout, write to us at hello@retreeve.in and we'll find a way.
TrackingA tracking link is sent to your email and phone once the order ships. You can also reach us directly if you need an update.
PackagingEvery order is packed in recycled kraft. No plastic, no unnecessary filler. Fragile objects are wrapped individually and cushioned for transit.

Returns
All sales are finalWe do not accept returns or exchanges.
WhyWe carry fragile objects — ceramics, terracotta, hand-finished pieces. These materials are vulnerable to mishandling after delivery, which we have no way of assessing or taking responsibility for. To keep our edit honest and our pricing fair, we do not build a returns infrastructure into our model.

Refunds
When refunds applyRefunds are issued only in cases of damage documented at the time of unboxing. See Damaged items below.
MethodRefunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 working days of the claim being approved.

Damaged or
wrong items
What to doRecord an unboxing video before and during opening your order. If the item is damaged, write to ruchika@retreeve.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and the unboxing video as evidence.
Why a videoWe carry fragile objects. Without documentation of the condition at the time of opening, we cannot verify whether damage occurred in transit or after delivery. Claims made without an unboxing video, or after 48 hours, cannot be considered.
ResolutionWhere a valid claim is confirmed, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Response timeWe respond to damage claims within one working day and aim to resolve them within three.
Every object is inspected and packed carefully before it leaves us. We ask that you record your unboxing — it takes thirty seconds and protects both sides.
